These terms govern your use of whiteiron.cloud. They are intentionally short. Client engagements are governed separately by a Master Services Agreement signed at the start of the engagement; nothing on this page modifies that.

Who we are

White Iron is a Wyoming-based IT and infrastructure firm. Our operational contact is info@pst.co.

What this site is

A marketing site. It describes our services and lets you contact us. Nothing on it constitutes a contract or a binding offer. Specific engagement scope, pricing, and terms are negotiated and signed separately.

Information accuracy

We try to keep this site accurate, but technology and regulations change. Pages discussing legal frameworks (notably HIPAA) reflect our understanding at the time of writing and should not be relied on as legal advice. We're engineers, not attorneys. For legal questions specific to your practice, consult qualified counsel.

Forms and submissions

By submitting the waitlist form or sending us an email, you authorize us to respond at the email address you provide. We will not add you to marketing lists, sell your information, or contact you for anything unrelated to your inquiry. See the Privacy Policy for details on how we handle this data.

No warranties on the site itself

The site is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. We do guarantee those things in client engagement work; the Master Services Agreement is where those guarantees live.

Limitations of liability

To the extent permitted by law, White Iron is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Direct damages, if any, are capped at $50 — which is roughly what the site cost to build. Client engagement liability is governed by the MSA, not by this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Laramie County, Wyoming.

Changes

When these terms change, we update the "last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms. We do not email these changes.
